muhammad_ali_fist.jpgThe topic of Diversion is not a new topic, and its not a topic that will go away anytime soon. Still, it pains me to see people overpay for products that are old and counterfeit.

From time to time, I get feedback from people using old, counterfeit, and overpriced  diverted products; feedback that is pretty much useless to me.
Avlon prides itself on its "Satisfaction Guaranteed" quality commitment. Unfortunately, we cannot and will not extend that commitment to users of diverted products.

To those of you that purchase diverted products. I would like to ask: If you were hypothetically in the market for a luxury car, would you overpay for one from the used car dealership around the corner? If you were in the market for a designer purse, would you log onto an online auction website and purchase it from there? If you were in the market for designer high-heels, would you head to the nearest discount retailer?

I would hope your answer would be "No."

So make sure you don't buy your Avlon products from unauthorized sellers. Buy from your stylist, or at least from an authorized distributor. If you see Avlon products in an unauthorized place of business, please call our toll-free hotline immediately (800-556-7101) or comment in this entry.
